I have lived in the Southwest Colorado for over nine years. I originally came to Telluride Colorado as a Manager in a hospitality firm. Originally from Jacksonville, Florida I followed my grandfather into the real estate business. He and my father developed small commercial properties in Tampa and Jacksonville. I soon switched careers and started to develop income producing properties here in Southwest Colorado. I have started very small with individual SFR rental units and have moved into land development and retail/commercial income producing properties. My favorite part of the business is when Clients become friends. I received a B.A. in Business at Georgia Southern University.
